Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used, is in its original packaging and is suitable for resale.
Conditions for return
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Products that cannot be returned
Unsealed items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold are not eligible for return:
- Cosmetics (e.g. lipsticks, mascara, creams, perfumes, nail polishes, shampoos);
- Makeup accessories (e.g. brushes, sponges, applicators).
Return procedure
- Notify us within 14 days by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the number of the order you wish to return.
- The exact address for shipping the return will be provided by our customer support service.
- Complete the RMA form included in each parcel and attach it to the returned product.
- Ship the product within 14 days after you receive the address.
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.
Note: Returns are accepted only after the RMA form has been completed. We accept no responsibility for orders sent without a previously completed RMA form; such returns cannot be processed.
Return costs
Return at the customer’s initiative (within 14 days):
- The customer pays the cost of the return shipping.
- We refund the full value of the product, as well as the cost of the original delivery (if the standard delivery method was used). Delivery costs are not refunded if you chose a non-standard delivery method (e.g. express delivery).
Return due to a defect or non-conformity:
- We cover the full cost of the return shipping and refund the complete value of the product and of the original delivery.
Deduction: A deduction of up to 30% may be applied for damaged packaging. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a refund is not possible.
